However, please acquaint yourself with our “no smoking” and “no pets” policies, which you can review on our website.

While having a professional stager is not mandatory when renting furniture from us, we highly recommend their expertise for developing an effective staging plan. Please note that returns due to incorrect fit or color selection may incur a 20% restocking fee along with associated transportation costs. Collaborating with a professional stager ensures the best results for your project.
Whether you choose delivery or prefer to pick up your rented items, we’ve got you covered. Delivery and return costs are automatically added to your cart if chosen during the ordering and checkout process. We bill delivery and return fees to our warehouse before finalizing your order. If you decide to arrange your transportation, we provide guidance and instructions to make the process as smooth as possible. However, please be aware that some items may not be available for pickup, as they require on-site assembly by our team. For pick-up orders, it is essential to provide all necessary packing materials and assistance, as we do not provide support for pickups, and we reserve the right to decline certain moving methods.
