Ordering Your Rental Furnishings
Browse through our on-line catalogue, choose the items you wish by adding them to your cart. You will see which items are available for rent by looking at the quantity available area and also those items rented will indicate it is CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE on the photo in the main part of the catalogue.
If you have a promo code, enter it at the appropriate location at check out.
You can save your cart so you can come back to it later but your items are not put on hold so they may be taken by another client. You should review your cart.
Payment is by Visa and Mastercard via Paypal – no need to be a member of paypal.
You will need to provide us with information about you (the regular stuff: address and phone number) and the delivery location and date and time required. We need this to arrange delivery and prepare a quote for you. Delivery charges will be for delivery and return to Get ReFurnished and requested to be paid in advance.
Before you “check out” you will be asked to view and agree to our ‘Terms & Conditions’. Please review the Rental Agreement.
Again, your order will not include delivery costs. We will contact you once your order is placed to arrange delivery and payment of that service.
Once items are checked out, you will be given the option of requesting a general delivery schedule. Our suppliers deliver Monday through Friday between 9am-noon and 1pm – 4pm. We strive to accommodate to the best of our ability. For exceptions, please contact Get ReFurnished by phone or email. You will be contacted by Get ReFurnished for your delivery time and day.
You may also come by our Warehouse in Kanata to pickup your items, by appointment. Please contact Kim 613-862-7585 to schedule your pickup!
